SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING METHOD

We use following courier services :

  • Domestic: JNE (www.jne.co.id)
  • Other Countries -International: EMS POS INDONESIA (http://ems.posindonesia.co.id).

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 1 - 7 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).

International Orders: please email to contact@wit-shop.com

 

We process orders in working days from Monday to Friday and we ship everyday except Saturdays and Sundays. Orders confirmed will be processed the next day (if you confirm your order pass 00.00 AM, we will process this order the next day, not in the following morning). We also do not process order in public holidays

 

If no problems occur on the payment, please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, check the quality of the goods, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.

 

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times: 2-7 working days after shipment.

SHIPPING FEE

  • Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates. International rates are upon request.
  • Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.

 

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
  • We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
  • If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.
  • For international shipping, we also do not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company – both for sending and returning the product to us.

Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic) and EMS POS INDONESIA (international), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
