RETURN & EXCHANGE
Please note that we are only able to offer exchange for items with manufacturing mistakes. However all exchanges are based on stock availability. You should email us manually to email@example.com. All the following policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
1.You should email us within 5 days after you receive the product and provide information why you want to return the product.
2.We will response to your email and ONLY after you get the email response you can return the product and we will give you the designated address (Jakarta).
3.You will then have 14 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back. Products have to be remained unused and keep all the tags and packing with them.
4.If after 14 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to refund your purchase as Store Credit valid for 2 months. Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault.
5. All Sale items are final, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the product you returned is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers for domestic customers or PayPal for international customers. We also are not responsible in taxes and duties charged for international customers.
If you are not happy with the products you received, you can exchange it with other product, or else you can exchange it with a store credit.

4. If after 7 days the goods are not received by us, we have authority to reject your exchange.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed (we will notice it) and with all garment tags (if available) still attached.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
